Disable thumbnails. URLs only for speed

Have started TidyFavoritesConverter. Will take 33 hours to create database with all thumbnails! I DON'T need thumbnails but I DO need reliable favorite synchronization between IE, Firefox & Chrome.
Same for free version

I vote for this if it's possible to choose for thumbnail, url or both.
